The jalepenos give this a nice kick without overwhelming it.I used fat free mayonaise so I wouldn't feel as guilty. It was very creamy and great for a crab salad sandwhich the next day.

This was the best crab dip I have ever had...of course with a lb. of lump crab, you can't go wrong. I even made the croutons. What a nice touch. It was so easy and very delicious. I put this in a round shallow casserole dish, (mixed some of the parm-reg chees in it as well as on top let it brown a bit more on top than time suggested and served from the dish. Exellent!

This works great at parties or holiday events. You can heat it up with the amount of jalapenos that you use, depending on the guests' tastes.
