I brought this to a New Year's Eve party last night. Everbody loved it!! One of the best new recipes I've ever tried. This will become a party staple. My husband even asked if I could make it again today for New Year's Day.

I made this for a Christmas party that I went to a week ago and it was amazing! I'm not a big fan of using pasteurized meat, but because of time (and budget restraints I had to. I used pasteurized claw meat because it is about as inexpensive as crab meat gets. I also added about 1/4 of a brick of cream cheese. Instead of using pickled Jalape?o peppers i bought two fresh Jalape?os, seeded them and diced them. While at the party one of my friends told me that she would marry so that she could eat this crab dip when ever she wanted. I guess the way to a woman's heart is through her stomach!

One of our favorites. When we make it, we hardly have room for dinner. It will clear your sinuses though.

Love this recipe! It has become a staple at our house. We have modified it a bit and use regular Monterey Jack cheese instead.

We're catching 20 crabs a day - this is by far the best mix of spice and flavor with which we make our daily crabcakes, down in PAX River (http://www.paxriveronline.com .

We saw this in 1999 on Emeril's show, and have been bringing it to parties ever since. It's a bit too hot for some, but we love it this way.

I made this for a wine tasting party and it was everyone's favorite appetizer of the evening. I followed the recipe, except added about 2 more tablespoons of mayo to make it smooth and creamy. The homemade croutons were wonderful with it. I was concerned the dip might be too hot, but put exactly the hot sauce and jalepenos called for in the recipe, and everyone loved it.

This recipe was a huge hit at the men's college game day get together and easy to make. All the men loved it. I had to try a taste before it went out the door and I have to say it was tasty. I do not like spicy so I am not sure how much I could have eaten but I have to say it was good. This is a real husband pleaser - he has asked me to make it several more times.
