I made this for a superbowl gatering recently and it was a hit. I actually used 1/2lb crab meat from the seafood counter and the other 1/2 w/ canned crab (the more $ of the canned variety and you couldn't tell the difference. For those of you watching your dollar! Would definetly make again.

It was not as creamy as I thought it would be but it was still a hit with my guests.

Easy preparation... I used mild green chiles to make it less spicy.

This recipe is awesome! Like others have said I used less jalepenos and more cheese. Really great leftovers if you have any.

I have made this for several parties and it is always a hit. I just have to let people know that it is spicy. Very easy to make but I found that I didn't like it with fake crab. Just don't scrimp.

Made this for a recent party. IT WAS EXCELLENT - and a must try! However, while I love spicy food and couldn't get enough of this, it was a little much for some of the people at the party.
If making for a crowd I would suggest reducing the amount of jalapenos in the recipe by 1/4 to a 1/2 to make it more appealing to all.
