This is the third time I've tried writing this. I would cut the spices in 1/3 since the first two were overpowering. Seems if I spell out the spice names I receive an error. So I would try this again as long as you cut down the first two spices mentioned in the recipe.

This dish was easy to make and to my surprise wasn't spicy at all. And I used 4 Serrano peppers and 2 Jalepeno peppers.

this dish was the best coconut curry ever. I used 3 big green chiles instead of 6 and the heat was perfect. I bought over the counter ghee you got to have it,it gives a buttery taste. This will be a keeper!

This is a great recipe. I prepped everything in advance making it easy and fast to put together. The spices are so aromatic and the coconut milk rounds it off beautifully. A perfect party dish.

I made this for my family and everyone loved it. I used anaheim chili's and I think I would try something a little spicier next time, it didn't have the bite that I would of liked. We did use some Sriracha sauce on the top to give it that needed kick.

The recipe was very easy to follow and everything came out as demonstrated on Emeril's show. The presentation was beautiful and delicious. Everyone had "seconds"!

I made this dish and the flavors were all wonderful together with the exception, and this may be my lack of knowledge about peppers, I used jalapenos for the green chilies. Let me tell you, my mouth was defiantely on fire. I'm no wussy when it comes to spicy, but this was on the verge of too hot for me. I will try again with other peppers.
