    I pulled this recipe for the stock as I had a well picked over chicken that I had roasted I wanted to use. This turned out great, time consuming but certainly not hard. I didnt reduce as much as called for, I did to a bit over 4 cups and it was very flavorful. Thank you!

    This was a very easy recipe to follow and was as expected delicious. We used the leftovers over rice and was again wonderfully tasty.

    Awesome, easy, delicious, and great way to dump leftover meats and veggies into a great meal! I divided the recipe by about three to make lunch for me and my husband, and we devoured them. Best chicken pot pie I've ever had.

    After all these years I've raised my two boys and fed all there friends I can say this chicken pot pie is the best ever. This even beats my MaMa's chicken pot pie.
