    no, not the best i had, the texture seemed to me like too much egg and they lacked of flavor. Definitely missing something.

    Everybody loved the muffins. I was scared to try it at first. But following the recipe made it so easy. The corn and jalepenos go togther so well. Mt ten year old niece loved them and couldn't get enough.

    I can't believe that with jalepenos, onions and buttermilk this could possibly be this boring. I even added more cayenne and cheese when I made them, but they were painfully bland-flat tasting. We at a couple for dinner, but my friends chickens got the rest. C'mon Emeril. I know you can do better :(

    I make regular cornbread a lot - nice and crunchy. This seemed more cakey. I won't make it again.

    This has got to be the best I've ever eaten. I made them using a Cast Iron Skillet instead of tins
