    This meal deserves more than 5 stars. The ingredients are in harmony with each other. I did not change a bit of it. Anyone looking for a good dinner after a day's hard work should try this recipe, I assure you, you will not be disappointed.

    I work for the USO in Germany. I made a huge batch of this for my soldiers and they loved it. They can't wait for me to make it again.

    I thought this dish was fantastic...but I made some more healthful substitutions. And it was great. I used whole wheat pasta (I chose linguini instead. I omitted the cream and doubled the chicken stock. Also, I used turkey andouille instead of regular. The seasonings were perfect. I did cut the recipe in 1/2 and it worked out perfectly. The Essence makes the meal. But with all of the substitutions, I probably ate twice as much. Sooooo.....6 of one, 1/2 dozen of the other...;

    This was so yummy. I pretty much followed the recipe. The only problem was that I didn't have enough Penne!! So in desperation, I broke up lasagna noodles and it was still awesome. The two others that I served it to, said it was the best they'd had. great recipe!

    followed this recipe exactly but with one exception. on the very last step, i didn't cook as long as it called for. instead, i transferred the mixture to baking pans and baked for an additional 25 minutes at 30 minutes. my boyfriend absolutely loved it. said it was the best jambalaya he's ever had.

    This has quickly become a family favorite, which we now make on special occasions. I decided to use cooked sausage, which helps speed up the cooking time. I also buy the Essence, which also makes prep that much easier. I highly recommend it.

    This dish came out so much better than any jambalaya that I have had even in restaurants. Highly recommend it.
