    This was the first flan I have ever made. It was very easy. I added 1/8 of a cup to the sugar because it looked like it may burn.
    Kahlua addes a greate flavor to it.

    It took me about 40 mins to meal the sugar to the correct consistency. I did not have a flan pan so used a cake pan - that worked just fine. The finished product does not need the chocolate garnish, but the garnish adds a touch of elegance to the presentation.

    This is the first time I made flan; the recipe was easy, very few ingredients and it came out great! The texture was perfect and the taste was outstanding. Very good recipe, highly recommended.
