    I have been making this for more than 10 years and it is always a hit on my parties. I always have this in my freezer. Perfect appetizer!

    I left the caviar off as it would have cost over $800 for 8 ounces of Beluga caviar.

    I set these out on Christmas morning and everyone loved them. The flavor of the filling is just right for the smoked salmon.
