I have used the chutney as a topping for pork loin sandwiches as well as a mix in for risotto. I have not found something I do not like it on. It has a great taste - a kick of spice from the ginger and a kick of sweetness fromt the apples.

We loved it, have made it several times in the past couple of months. Very hearty, adjust the smoke to your taste (we ike it smokeyand we use oak in place of kiawe. Served with a salad/vinagrette and garlic mashed potatoes, this is similar to what my wife had on our first date 6 years ago.
