    Very good salad. I would recommend a little less mayo and a little more buttermilk for the dressing. It's pretty thick if you stick to the recipe and we preferred it a little more thinned out. Otherwise, the flavors go very well together. I also would recommend a higher quality olive oil for the croutons, otherwise they will be a little too greasy.

    The salad was wonderful. The dressing was a little thick for our taste. We tried it in its original form, but I had to add a little red wine vinegar to mine, to thin it out. The leftover dressing would be good as a topping for baked or roasted potatoes.

    I made this after watching Emeril make it on Emeril Live. Okay, its just a salad but what a salad it is. The dressing was amazing and made the whole dish.

    I had some left over chicken and used it in this salad. I used the bacon, hard boiled eggs, chicken, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avacado and blue cheese. I didn't make my own dressing, so I just used some in the bottle. It was still really good!!
