The burgers come out so juicy and instead of blue cheese I used grated mozzarella....the best...the only way we will make are burgers from now on!!

This is a delicious burger and the peppercorn sauce is WONDERFUL. It took me forever to find green peppercorns--I found them at Williams and Sonoma and a local (Indianapolis gourmet store called Frasiers. The whole wheat buns really add to the overall flavor combo, so don't sub!
