These are great. The only change I made was instead of bread crumbs i used Panko. I was looking for a receipe that didnt require frying the chops. Will be making these again.

This is a good quick pork chop recipe because you're likely to have most ingredients on hand already. It's got a slight kick of heat without being overpowering. I used parmesan cheese because it was what I had on hand. I also had to cook it closer to 25-30 minutes, it was just a touch too rare still at just 20 minutes, but that might have just been my oven. Would make it again but it's not an AMAZING recipe. A good weeknight standby though.

Awesome, makes the perfect breaded pork chop. Been a home cook for 20+ years, wish I had found this recipe earlier. Definately a go-to staple in my recipe file.

Comfort food at its finest. If I had seen this recipe elsewhere, I probably would not have tried it--I wasn't sold on mixing milk, red pepper flakes, white wine. . . etc. However, being the food network, I felt reassured. First, this recipe was easy; i.e., user-friendly, goof-proof. Secondly, it did not use exotic ingredients I did not have or would buy and would not use again for months. I bought fresh chops at a butcher, used fresh parmesan cheese [did not have pecorino] and italian style bread crumbs. My husband's first words were, "these pork chops are really good." I will be making this recipe again. quick update: I used this recipe with boneless/skinless chicken breasts and it turned out just as well.

so I have made these so many times I had to read back on the reviews to see if I had reviewed this recipe before. : My family obviously likes these pork chops. The things I change though are I raise the heat as I want them a little crispy, I definitely use the wire rack by the way and I try to add a sauce (I don't always they are good without the sauce but my husband says dry. a gravy or a hollandaise or bernaise works especially if your going to have mashed something or green veg you can just match it up. the spice on this is perfect and I tend to marinate in the milk for longer probably a day or over night

Delicious@ Quick, easy, and super tasty! Uses basics we all have in our pantry... I did have to dry out some bread ends and slices to make my own bread crumbs... but omg this is so worth it! This pleased both a 17 yr old male and a 67 year old male... mmmmmm mmmmm good!

Whick is my way of saying it was perfect for my husband and I but if I were serving it to children I would half the red pepper flakes. I did not have any of the cheese specified so used what I had which was plain old parmesean cheese and it rocked. The pork chops were perfectly cooked and moist. The milk caused the garlic and red pepper flakes to adhere to the pork chops before breading so nothing about the marinade was wasted. I haven't tried the two suggested sides yet due to a lack of a few of the ingredients so served with linguini on the side which worked out great. Will definitly make this again.

Made this recipe the other night...delicious! I will definitely make this recipe again and again. My husband LOVED them. The spice was perfect (i don't know what people are talking about. They were juicy and crispy on the outside. Next time, i will let them soak in the milk base for a longer period of time so that it soaks the flavors even more. Thanks Emeril!!

Well I just found this recipe today because I wanted to try something new for the meat and ingriedients I had at home. I normally have to be in the mood for spicey and my husband loves red pepper but this is something we both could handle. It was simple and tastey for all of my family. It will for sure become a staple in our family recipie box. Thanks for another great tasting, quick and simple recipe.
