These looked very authentic when fried (although troublesome with all that hot oil and everyone seemed to enjoy them. The blue cheese dip was awesome though! Ill keep the dip even if I change up the wings :

You can stop searching, because this is the perfect chicken wing recipe. I made this for a party last weekend and the wings caused a feeding frenzy!
Lessen the amount of blue cheese to taste and the dip will be perfect too.

I made these wings for a super bowl party, but i had doubled the recipe because there were a lot of us and they were gone 15 minutes after walking through the door. I have been asked to make them for every outing i go to....they are truly the best wings i have ever had.

I have made these wings 2 times. They were very good following the recipe and also using the seasioning for grilling wings. I have made it a part of the DON'T FORGET ABOUT THIS RECIPE book.

This recipe's great and different, however it is not a substitute for Buffalo style chicken wings. He does not call them Buffalo wings so he can get you to buy his spice(the spice is good. Buffalo wings do not marinate in sauce but are tossed in sauce prior to serving (right out of the fryer. I'll post a Buffalo wing recipe called 'Emeril's never been to Buffalo Wings'.

Way too much blue cheese, it should be 2 oz of blue cheese not eight for the amount of cream cheese and sour cream. Adjust!
