    I made this recipe for a friend's BBQ and got rave reviews. I substituted chicken tenderloins for boneless chicken fingers, which required less cooking time. The blue cheese dipping sauce was not really used, as most people said the chicken could stand on it's own. I thought the sauce was a little too thick, so I may try to thin it out the next time I make it. Overall, it was easy and a big hit!
