This is one of our favorite recipes. It is SO delicious. My other half eats at least 3 servings every time I make it. (He is 5'11 and weighs 145 Plus, you can prep all the ingredients whenever is convenient and throw it all together when the time is right.

Really good. Maybe I used too much of the Creole seasoning mix though as it was too spicy for several of our spice loving family. I used about 1/2 a cup of the 2/3 cups of the seasoning the recipe makes. Next time maybe I'll limit to half and not use the extra tspn of cayenne called for. Other than it being too spicy for some, it has a fantastic flavor that we all loved.

This is by far the bestest jambalaya recipe I've tried. Since I use jasmine rice, the rice becomes a lot more mush that i'd liked it, but I will try to cook this jambalaya again with the rice seperate. But the flavors is definitely..wow! Love it!

I have never had or made Jambalaya before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I couldn't find Andouille sausage so I used hot Italian. I also just used some chicken thighs and breasts cut up. I replaced one cup of water with chicken broth but don't even think I needed to. I used alot of the spice blend.

We thought this dish turned out phenomenal. It had a kick but wasn't too spicy. I'll be using the spice blend on other things (I have already mixed it with mayo for sandwiches

This recipe can feed an army and cooks in one big pot. Make for a great easy Sunday dinner. Serve with your favorite hot sauce (I love Louisiana and Tabasco brands and it's ready to go!

This recipe is SOOO easy but the end result is a masterpiece. A perfect blend of spice and flavor! I enjoyed this recipe so much that I would highly recommend it to anyone. Instead of using a whole chicken, I used 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast and substituted chicken broth to get more flavor. Instead of cooking the chicken for 20 minutes, it only took around 8-10 minutes for the 2? chicken cubes to cook.

I omit the chicken, use 2 large cans of San Marzano tomatoes and additional spices and serve this over mashed potatoes instead of adding the rice - delish!!
