I couldn't find morel as I live in South Texas, so I used regular mushroom and this is definitely my forever recipe for stuffing my mushroom, love it, thank you Emeril!

Our favorite recipe for large morels. I make the stuffing and put in a plastic bag, snip of a corner and use as a pastry bag to stuff the morels. Then I store that bag in another bag so we can cook up only as many stuffed morels as we want at a time.
