    The only problem with the recipe is you pretty much have to use the entire carton of ice cream (so dieters beware!. And possibly add a bit more liquor. But it is amazing. I'm not a big fan of alcohol, but this is fantastic!

    This drink is VERY strong and doesn't taste like a white russian. It says that it makes two glassfuls, but it barely makes one! I wonder if the recipe is correct because Emeril's recipes are always winners!

    This was hands down the best way to end the night after a long night on the town and tremendously better than the Jaegermister shake I used to make.
