The first bites were okay, but it quickly became too greasy. The dipping sauce was the only good part.

These were sooooo good! After the julienne action, it all went fast and the results were delicious. My husband is a bit of a light weight so I made Gyoza dipping sauce for him and he loved the pancakes

The key is to compress the pancake after the first flip---and make sure that all is cooked well before turning out of the pan. It should be as thin as possible. It is a beautiful pancake with green, orange and pinky colors peeking through the pancake. Delicious. I gave more heat to the sauce. Can't wait to entertain with it and serve as an appetizer.

I made this tonight for a mixed audience. I did double the sauce and that was a good idea. The pancakes were best with lots of sauce on each bite. My wife also tried pancake sysrup on them and they were very good. We may have the leftovers for breakfast tomorrow!

i found the flour in the pancake overwhelming. it was all i could taste! i guess all of the flavor comes from the dipping sauce. would like to have a recipe that could stand on its own. would not follow this recipe again.

Pancakes were very good. I had to double the sauce recepie because it wasn't enough, but it also was very good.
