So delicious. The spicy sauce makes it!

Make this on a regular basis. Must use sesame oil because it makes a huge difference to the flavor. Just as good as a lettuce wrap you'd order in a restaurant, IMO.

My review is probably my own fault as I used a few substitute ingredients because I really wanted to make these but didn't want to go out and buy everything I didn't have. I felt like this lacked flavor. I used minced onion instead of green onion and vegetable oil instead of sesame oil. I wrapped everything in a tortilla and topped it with some onions that were marinated in the spicy sauce. Don't think I'll be making this again unless maybe I have all the real ingredients on hand.

Delish, so nice and fresh! I love Jasmine rice but my husband and I do not prefer plain rice. That said, I twisted it up a bit and made curried couscous to go in the wraps and topped with the pork and sauce. It was fantastic! I still would have rated it a 5 star dish because the pork is wonderful! Will definitely make again! :

This was delish!! The pork melted in your mouth and the chili sauce gave it the perfect zing!

Really good! Made it with pork and chicken thighs, and we definitely prefer it with the chicken. Easy to put together and everyone clears their plates!

Being Korean, I know what the traditional version of this dish taste like. That being said, this was tasty & I love the fact that anyone can find these ingredients at a regular grocery store.

I julienned cucumbers & red bell pepper & grated carrots for everyone to make their own korean taco wrapped in regular iceberg lettuce along with jasmine rice. You could also use rice noodles too instead. Very healthy too.

Tip:you can buy sesame seeds already toasted (Costco even has it & if you put them in the freezer they will last practically forever. The oils in them can go rancid just like regular nuts. I store all the nuts in the freezer to keep it fresh.

This recipe never fails to please and any leftovers are devoured the next day. Don't substitute anything, but maybe adjust the hot chili sauce to taste. This will surely become part of your dinner rotation.

Wow! What great flavor! I ended up adding in some vegetables (frozen from the freezer and making it into a stir-fry over rice (instead of the lettuce wraps, and it was incredibly satisfying! I also substituted canola oil for the sesame oil, and it came out fine. Absolutely making this again in the future!
