Delicious! I made the lamb as meatballs and put it into half-pitas with the spread inside. Wonderful!

If you like Feta cheese, and I love it the spread is fantastic!!!! I left out the mayo and let it sit at room temp and used it as a dip. You can use it as a dip, slather it on sandwiches, make an outrageous Bruschetta, Toss it with hot pasta (if you are using it on pasta I would increase the olive oil to your taste, put it over grilled chicken or meats, pretty all purpose for Feta lovers.
