    I was a little uneasy about using the anchovies, but once I pulled the roast out of the oven and I could smell just how amazing it smelled, the uneasiness subsided. This is an awesome dish, and I would recommend serving it with emeril's scalloped potatoes.

    I made this without even letting it marindae (poor planning and it was still so delicious! I used the leftover lamb for two more meals and it was still exceptional. Definately a keeper!
