    I made this pie twice in a cast iron pan and used the Amaretto liqueur. I found it sweet enough, but you like it sweeter add a little more brown sugar. Also I did not use the heavy cream, just regular milk to brush on crust and then sprinkled the granulated sugar on top. It was wonderful served warm with Vanilla Bean Ice cream. Yummy! A big hit!

    it was alright, it definitely didn't have a sweet enough flavor. i had to drown it in sugar to make it sweet enough. i'd try another recipie, if i were you.

    I've tried other peach cobblers and this by far takes the cake. I'm a lover of amaretto liquer and this sends the taste over the top. If you love peaches try Emerils peach belini.
