Second only to Bobby Flay's Roasted Vegetable Meatloaf with Balsamic Glaze, and 7 times easier to make! I put cayenne in the Baby Bam as Emeril suggested. I may use less garlic and salt next time..... absolutely fab!!

I made this for my husband and me and it was almost all gone right after I made it! Next time I think I'm going to double the recipe--my loaf pan must be big because I had a lot of room left for more. I'm also going to add some more seasoning to kick it up a little bit. I had no problems with extra turkey juice or whatever. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best ground turkey recipe that I have tried. I used regular "Essence" instead of the Baby Bam since I keep "Essence" on hand. The flavors were wonderful and the loaf was nice and moist. I used 99% fat free ground turkey so I did not have the floating grease problem that one reviewer mentioned. This is clearly something I will make again. I would like to see more recipes from Emeril that are lo-cal, lo-fat and lo-carb.

This is a simple and extremely effective "meat"loaf recipe. If you're serving fussy guests who could use less fat and cholesterol, you don't even have to tell them it's ground turkey. They won't know the difference.

The flavor was very good and the turkey was moist. My only comment, is a lot of fat "floated" to the top and formed a film on the meat loaf. This film became hard as the meat loaf cooled. I would recommend using a turkey baster to remove the fat, prior to letting it rest for 5 min.

Everyone in the family really liked this one. They want me to make it again next weekend.
