    I have several friends that say the "hate lamb". I have made this for every one of those people and they LOVED it. It is my go to recipe for leg of lamb. It also pares very well with a full bodied French Burgundy. I highly recommend this.

    We serve this wonderful lamb recipe for New Years every other year. Even thoses that are now lamb fans love it!!!
