    This recipe makes a very good portion of sauce. Had a lot left over for two people. Going to serve it over pork tomorrow night. Can't wait. This recipe would be very easy to adapt to low fat.

    Everyone seems to be serving this over Salmon (which I hate so I served it over Oven Baked Chicken coated with French Fried Onions and then dabbed a little on my green beans. You can put this stuff on anything!!!!!

    I served it twice and got rave reviews both times!!!! It is easy to make and is zesty, tasty and versatile. It can be used over salmon, crab cakes and even filet of sole. My guests were spreading it over bread!!! THANK YOU EMERIL!!!!!!!

    So many possible uses for this sauce; we tried it with yellowfin tuna. Used about 3 T butter instead of 5, and found that the sauce was still very rich with a lovely texture.

    Great with fish steak or filet, marinated or fresh. Highly recommended. Particularly good with salmon.
