A bit on the heavy side - Next time I would add in some mushrooms and possibly trim the fat on the chicken thighs. I would also add in more lemon juice since I thought the lemon was really weak.

Omg...love this dish! I made two minor changes. After reading reviews I decided to cut the oil and just use cooking spray. I also trimmed the thighs of skin and fat, why bother trying to get a crispy skin if your just gonna steam it anyways? I love the huge garlic flavor in the recipe and that the sauce was creamy with the right amount of tang.

great pasta dish when you don't want a tomato-based sauce.

This was super good. Loved the flavor and went great with the pasta. Followed the recipe exactly the first time, but the second time I made it, I added an extra onion and it turned out great again. I skipped the oil the second time, used homemade chicken stock, and mixed in some goat cheese at the end too, which added an interesting creamy twist. Might try using baked potatoes next time instead of pasta. So many small changes one could make to tweak it, but an awesome recipe as is.

A bit on the oily side, but that's easily remedied. It was delicious!

Pretty good dish, though my chicken could have been a little more crunchy. That may be my fault, I skinned the thighs. I didn't have quite enough lemon juice, so it didn't have a strong lemon taste. I also didn't add the crushed red pepper. I am interested in knowing the calorie count.

The most succulent chicken I've tasted. I changed nothing. It needed NO changes. Will be making this regularly. THanks Emeril.

Made this today, word to the wise, cut back the lemon. All in all, good recipe but, too much lemon. Sorry but, NOT MASARAP!

It was a very good recipe- I also used the lemon zest along with the juice! Gave the chicken extra lemon flavor to it. Also the last 15 minutes of cooking when you take the top of, I added fresh thyme. Served it with rice!!! YUMMY
