Made this dish for a dinner at my home for several friends and they loved it! I am not a thigh eater so I just tasted it and loved the flavors that it had. It was wonderful!!! I am making it again today for another dinner and I am sure that it will be great!!

There's only me so I used 4 thighs; 8 cloves of garlic and 5 sprigs of fresh thyme, since I had no parsley. I added 1 cup of Pinot Grigio with the lemon juice because I love the combination. Really excellent!

Easy to make and very tasty. Held back a bit on the garlic, but all in all a great recipe.

Love this recipe & have been making it for years! I use shallots instead of onions & orzo instead of angel hair. I have tried this with all different cuts of chicken & will say that bone in/skin on chicken thighs definitely yield the most flavor!

delish. I didn't dredge in flour and transferred everything into a baking dish for the oven. Came out a little dry but with the sauce, it's totally fine. Loved the flavor - great healthy dish.

4 year old, 7 year old, and husband all LOVED this dish!!! I used boneless skinless thighs, but did not otherwise alter the recipe. I will be putting this in the usual rotation! Great with cous cous!

Thanks Emeril, This was an AWESOME dish, My family don't like chicken ,never mind with bone in. You have proved them wrong. I added some white wine, mushrooms, topped off with French fried onions. I made rice instead of pasta. I cooked it on my stove top. (No oven I cooked everything else according to recipe!! This was my first time making this dish!! AMAZING I will make this dish every week

Served this at halftime of a playoff game as an alternative to the usual spicy, high fat fare. Light and refreshing and guys liked it. Followed recipe exactly.

Great flavor. Used only 15 cloves of garlic and added white wine. My family loved it.
