I thought this was a great recipe. Put it over thin whole wheat spahgetti. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was it was a bit spicey from the crushed red pepper. I only had 6 thighs so I adjusted the ingredients and made sure to reduce the tsp of crushed red pepper. It left me with a hot taste and overpowered the garlic and lemon. I will probably substitute the red pepper with black next time. It is definitely a keeper. I agree with other reviews, a good comfort food.

Loved this recipe!!!! Tried if for a fairly picky bunch and "sooo yummy" was a direct quote from one of my friends. I was nervous about the dish after reading some of the reviews, but no need to worry...this is a fairly easy dish to make, but looks like you spent hours slaving away in the kitchen. I used boneless skinless thighs with just the flour (no breadcrumbs or eggwash and they were just fine. Will probably cut back on the onion next time, only b/c I don't like a lot of onion in the sauce (flavor was fine. Not too garlicky at all. Don't have a pot that'll go in the oven so I simmered on the stovetop for 20 minutes and transferred to a baking dish in the oven for the last 15 minutes. Did the angel hair pasta as instructed and it was the perfect comfort food!

My husband is not easy to impress when it comes to food, but I definitely scored with this one : We love garlic so this was not at all too garlicy for us. I didn't have pasta so I fried some rice and added some butter and parsley to it which came out fantastic : will definitely be cooking it again

John from Ca. said that Emeril dipped the chicken thighs in egg and breadcrumbs after dredging in flour...that the recipe was missing that part. Is that true or is dredging in flour all that is called for.

This recipe is very easy and it tastes really good. I have made it several times now. My entire family loves it, even my 12 year old who is picky about everything! I take the skin off my thighs, use less garlic, and more broth and it's just fabulous. And the leftovers are great at work the next day. Easy and quick for an after work meal... 10 minutes and pop it in the oven for an hour. Perfect for a busy working mom. You've got to try this!!

I halfed the recipe and used 4 chicken thighs, which I cut up into smaller pieces. I also added extra chicken broth because I like alot of sauce. What a simple and delicious meal! The chicken was sooo soft and flavorful. I highly recommend it!

This recipe is easy and excites all of the taste buds. I did however do a few variations. I didn't have angel hair pasta so I used a package of chicken flavor noodles. I also didn't want to make so much therefore I cut the recipe in half, which we all know sometimes measurements don't come out right. So I think the sauce is suppose to be more like sauce instead of like soup. I used my soup like sauce to flavor my noodles. That was even better because it allowed the lemon juice to come to life. I thought I had thawed a package of thighs, turns out it was breasts...so recipe is good with any part. One thing, my garlic turned blue...has this happened to anyone else before???

I have made this dish for several different groups of folks and have had rave reviews every single time!!! I have little 5 yr. old twin granddaughters who are the pickiest eaters in the world. I made this once when they were visiting and one of them said as she came into the kitchen form outside, " What is that delicious smell?" I said "It is your dinner". I was so happy to see her eat all of the chicken and the pasta and ask for more as did her twin!!! I love this dish..... My daughter says you can never have enough garlic and with this recipe she is right. The garlic is so nice and mild and so good for you.
