    Recipe differs from Emeril Live

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
This is delicous. However, this recipe differs from the one on Emeril Live. This recipe calls for 2 cups of water, on... Emeril live he did not put the water into the punch. I have made it the way this recipe reads and the way Emeril did on TV. I have found that you SHOULD NOT ADD THE 2 CUPS OF WATER. I'm not sure why that is part of the recipe. I also added about 1 cup of simple syrup as it was just a tad too tart for my friends and I...and of course more vodka/tequila to taste. All in all, VERY GOOD without the water. Light and refreshing for a Summer day.Read more
