You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon vodka
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1/2 cup cool simple syrup (equal amounts of sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves)
  • 1 cup lemon lime soda

Directions

In a pitcher, combine the first 6 ingredients and stir to blend. Refrigerate and top with the soda before serving. Serve in tall Collins glasses filled with ice and garnished with lemon and lime wedges.

    This is delicous. However, this recipe differs from the one on Emeril Live. This recipe calls for 2 cups of water, on Emeril live he did not put the water into the punch. I have made it the way this recipe reads and the way Emeril did on TV. I have found that you SHOULD NOT ADD THE 2 CUPS OF WATER. I'm not sure why that is part of the recipe. I also added about 1 cup of simple syrup as it was just a tad too tart for my friends and I...and of course more vodka/tequila to taste. All in all, VERY GOOD without the water. Light and refreshing for a Summer day.
