I take back everything I said about him complicating things. FoodNetwork has dumb'd down their "chefs" until there are no chefs - merely good cooks - and I am afraid it was because of comments like mine. Bring back the complicated high end chefs!!! I'll dumb things down myself if I want to.

This recipe is a bit complicated. The blueberry sauce is great. The panna cotta itself is decent. 3 out of 5 people in my family liked. it. I use the blueberry sauce with a straight vanilla panna cotta and I prefer that.

I like the taste or i should say the combanation of lemon and blueberry. my family and i think it needs a tiny bit more lemon flavor. if it had more lemon juice i would give it 5 stars!

This dish was great. The flavors worked so well together, and it was a simple dessert to make.

This sounded perfect as a dessert for Easter dinner -- I love the taste of blueberry and lemon together. But... the moment I added the gelatin and lemon to the milk mixture, it curdled. Don't know how to avoid this...
