    I followed this recipe exactly and it turned out perfect...Well, my hubby dealt with the lobsters, and I did the rest which was easy. This dish was so yummy, we can't wait to make it again. Another fantastic dish courtesy Emeril Lagasse:

    Excellent dish. I substituted shrimp for the lobster and make shrimp stock from the reserved shells. Simple and delicious,
