This was wonderful, my husband is from Boston and he loved it. I added celery and cucumber and a little bit of lemon juice. It would be great stuffed in a summer tomato as well.

Hint: Don't put lobster shells down the garbage disposal. This meal cost me an extra $150 for the emergency plumber. Anyway, the rolls were a huge success. The dressing was terrific. All's well that ends well.
