We loved it. I prepared it ahead of time and just stuck it in the oven when our guests arrived. What a wonderful dish!!!

This recipe was amazing - it was simple, easy to prepare (everything up to roasting it prior to our guests arriving, and was absolutely delicious! It looks absolutely gorgeous on a plate, also!

We did this about a week ago and cannot stop talking about it. The loin was so tender...the lobster was perfect.

Everything was very tasty and complimented each other. I wouldn't change anything except to make more of the mushroom mixture next time. The secret is Angus tenderloin, timing and a digital meat themometer. Tieing the meat is a little tricky and sloppy. We didn't do the bearnise - a bit too rich instead we made a horseradish sauce.
