My first large dinner party was a hit because of this recipe. Doesn't take a long time to make, and easy to make for a large group. Very flavorful and melts in your mouth.

Bam... You truly are the man!!
We made this last Christmas for the family and it was the most awesome meal we have ever made. It has now been chosen to be our traditional Christmas meal...and believe me, our family does not do change well at all. It will be around for a very long time!!

Thanks for helping us to be "expert" cooks! Never attempted bearnaise sauce before and it was perfect!!

We will be toasting you at our 2006 Christmas celebration and many more!!

Great, impressive meal for elegant dinner. Love the combination of tenderloin with the lobster stuffing. Work that's worth the effort! YUMMY!

This was great. Prepared 2 of them for a party and was complimented by everyone who attended. Keep up the great cooking, and thanks for making an old man a good cook.

Well, I decided to try this for our New Year's Eve dinner with some friends. They loved it. It did take some time to make, but well worth it. One of the two lobsters I bought was bad. I ended up chopping the one into pieces and used cooked shrimp along with it and the remaining of the recipe as stated. It was delicious. The sauce was a nice addition to finish it off. I must say I went to warm up the Bearnaise sauce in the microwave and it separated, but it was still good, although, not creamy. I would make this again definitely. A little expensive, but worth it for a special occasion.

Made this recipe for a New Year's Eve Dinner for 8. Tried it out first with a small filet mignon and a small lobster tail. Was Fantastic. For my NYE dinner I followed the recipe exact. For the bernaise sauce I used the same recipe but made it in a blender. This method was easier for me. I could make it ahead, refrigerate it, let it come to room temp. and whisk it again before serving. I will definitely make this again. Was definitely a hit.

this had to be the most impressive dinner I have made. although it was a little involved, it was not difficult to prepare at all. I served this for our New Year's Eve dinner party and it was a huge success.
