I love to cook! I have looked for Saffron threads for a long time, well I finally found the spice. So I went to Food-TV and found this recipe -Lump Crabmeat Remnick with Saffron Rice Pilaf. This is the best recipe! My grandson and his girl friend came over and had supper with my husband and me. All of us enjoyed this recipe. I sent a copy of this recipe to my younger son. He loves to cook and I know he will enjoy this recipe! Oh, this recipe is not hard, just takes a little time.
