    My kids grew up on mac & cheese, like most kids. They insisted on the same old simple recipe for years. Every new recipe was rejected by the traditionalists - "Ewwww. This isn't like you used to make it!" One day we snuck in this recipe by Emeril. Now there is no looking back. The kids ask for it every week. Way to go Emeril! This is the best I have ever tasted.

    Too hard to get the cheeses. So I used the Costco pre-mix cheese bag. Still tastes good
