We love salad, and homemade dressing is the best. I made this for my husband tonight, thinking the lettuce would last most of the work week. But he devoured 1/2 of what I cleaned and cut up! Funny thing is he never eats anything with avacado!

The taste was different but totally good. It's easy and i didn't have to go buy any of the spices. Great job, E!!!

Made this dressing for the first time for my family. I thought they weren't going to like it (generally use only vinaigrettes but instead they raved. Emeril is not only great to watch but his recipes are equally as wonderful!!

This was a great dressing, different than your usual dressing. Lot's of flavor, it's my new favorite. I did however cut back on the salt and prefered I didn't.

I must say I was surprised how good this dressing turned out. It was a nice change to the usual Ranch or Italian dressings on the dinner table. The first time I made the recipe it was a little salty for me, but it wasn't to the point that it was unpleasant to eat. The next time I made it I added less salt. It is one of my favorites.
