I wanted to like this recipe. It was easy with very few ingredients But I found the result really disappointing, especially after all the previous rave reviews. The flavor wasn't at all complex like a chutney needs to be. I realize this was probably because there were so few ingredients. I'll never make it again. Just wasn't very flavorful.

i used this with my coconut shrimp as the dip and it was perfect! Loved it! Super easy to make and fewer ingredients than most recipes.

Super simple to make. Was a bit tart, but yummy. I might make it with red onion next time to add more color.
