really tasty, but i think if the method of the recipe had been phrased a bit differently, it would have been easier to make. Emeril's recipes tend to be heavy with unneeded complication.

I made this cornbread for friends who love cornbread and they said it was the best they ever had! I served it with a maple whipped butter that I made. Will always make this one.

Made the biggest impression with the men of this family. Using it for a gathering of men on "football night" every Monday.

Instructions: Make cornbread, let stand one week, rent power tool to cut into squares, let stand in sun to dry and then use to build hurricane proof house.
