    CHEF EMERIL,I DESPERATELY NEED SHORTER RECIPES!THIS LOOKS AND SOUNDS WONDERFUL.HOWEVER I FLUNKED HOME ECONOMICS BECAUSE OF COOKING. OTHERS HAVE SOMETIMES ONLY 5 ITEMS. I LOVE YOUR PASSION,I NEED YOUR CONSIDERATION FOR MY DELIMMA

    Very good! I added corn to the sausage mixture and grilled them. They are pretty spicy, but a hit with my family.

    I think there is a mistake in the making of the recipe. Unless, you want to keep your tortillas warm, you don't need the oven and certainly not at 400 degrees.

    My only knock on this was that it was a bit greasy. For me to say that, it REALLY has to be greasy. I used some Italian sausage for a few of them, but the chorizo is the way to go.

    I made these for SuperBowl Sunday. They were a huge hit! I will be making these over and over. Don't skip the cilantro; it really adds something.

    The dish is outstanding, in fact my husband begs for it for every football game! The sour cream dip leaves something to be desired, so we serve them with salsa instead

    I loved this! But you might have to adjust the amount of chile in adobo sauce for some of your audience. But maybe that's just Midwest taste!
