    This is super easy and very delicious. They were the hit of our BBQ. I highly recommend you freeze up a batch.

    Just had a summer party at a beach house in Capitola, CA overlooking the Pacific Ocean. As guests arrived they were offered Emeril's Margarita Popsicles. Every guest raved! They are melt-in-your-mouth delicious!
