The best London Broil ever! The sauce is worth the time, and it makes the house smell delicious too!

That was one of the most savory roasts I have ever had!! Though I did not have the time to make the steak sauce, it was still very flavorful!!

the sauce was nice but not worth the 2 hours it took to make.

I have used this marinade time and again. I use a different wine everytime and it always is a little different. sometimes better than others ..I also add garlic to the marinade I think it makes a huge difference.

I made this dish for a hoilday party (minus the steak sauce, sliced it paper thin, arranged on a platter, and made a dipping sauce with 1 cup sour cream and 6 tablespoons horseradish. Perfect!

I only used the recipe for the marinade ,let it sit for 24 hours and cook it on the grill at the tailgate. It is always a hit.Finger food is a must a tailgates so everyone can try something different.I slice it paper thin and go around making everyone happy.By the time i get back to slicing some more -a line has formed!! they love it.One tip i like to do is take all the ingredients and put them in a blender.I think it infuses the flavor into the meat better.....esp the garlic!! Try it at your next tailgate
two thumbs way up. Ed from Philly

I had high hopes after reading the reviews. It produced a tender steak after an 8 hour marinade, but the flavor was too pronounced a vinegar taste for me. I'll try some other recipe for London Broil next time.

My husband decided to buy a huge cut of London Broil because it was on sale. I really had no idea what to do with it, so it sat in our freezer for a few months. On a whim, I searched the FN website and decided to give this recipe a try. It was really easy and yielded one of the best steak dinners I've ever had! I did not make the sauce, but I plan on trying it this summer for my family's annual party. This has become a staple in our house. I really recommend a long marinate. The first time I made it I ended up letting it marinate for 48 hours. You could cut the meat with a fork and the flavor was wonderful.

This was an easy marinade with a little more bite to it than I usually do, but it was a wonderful flavor. I didn't make the steak sauce as it looked a bit complicated, but the steak didn't need it at all.
