    Very easy to make, and very tender. I added a little more essence to emphasize the flavors..... FOllow the directions, and it will come out perfect!

    i liked this recipe my husband did a good job on it, im trying to get away from fried foods so my husband used olive oil, it still tasted really good. but i like this recipe.

    We eat a lot of venison and this is a great recipe to use. The 'essence' adds a new flavor and the mushroom gravy is good. Thanks.

    Emeril,
    You created another winner. I watched and knew my on-the-road husband would love it. I could hardly wait for the weekend. We endulged useing venison steaks (roadkilland a spinch-cheese dish. What a treat! We skipped the dishes and had dessert in bed. Bamm!

    WOW what flavor and the mushroom gravy my hubby and son flipped thanks emeril i will add this one to my perminent collection, anyone that makes this i do advice though that you make sure you have everything lined up and ready to go before you start and another hint the spices you add to gravy at end premix them in a little bowl so you can dump quick and it wont burn.
