    I loved this recipe! Even with my 1 year old running around this was a snap to make and everyone loved it! I ended up adding a little light cream to give it a smoother texture...really nice!

    better than the traditional halved potato recipe in that the flavor is even throughout the meal, but everyone else missed the marshmallows

    I loved this recipe, it was so tasty and every one wanted more.
    My only difficulty when making it was getting the skin off because it was sticky but that was probably my fault. After all, if I had done it totally perfect it would have been perfect, right?
    Still, definitely a keeper and one of the best sides I've tasted in a long while.

    I made this side dish for Thanksgiving and it was delicious. Very simple to make. I will definitely make it again. Enjoy!
