Excellent! My entire family loves it. Will definitely make this again. (I added extra broth for more "soup". Unfortunately, we don't have the spinach where I live, but was very good without it.

This soup is one of the best soups I have ever eaten! The flavors are excellent. I added carrots, left out the celery and I used both beef and chicken stock. I served it with French bread and it immediately became a new favorite in my house. I have some picky eaters, and there were no leftovers for the first time in a long time! This is a keeper:

Amazing flavor...made my own Italian Seasoning and took another reviewers advice and added carrot and leek. Also cooked the pasta (Orzo first and added it al dente to the soup. There was nothing left from a family of five's Thursday dinner. Next time I will double the recipe!

Really great soup for Winter night.
Take the time and make the meatballs because it's worth it.
Add extra broth and cook the pasta in the soup because the noodles taste so much better.
Carrots are a nice addition to this soup as well.

I have made this soup at least 6 times, it is dinner for our annual family pumpkin carving contest. The only changes I have made are to cook the pasta on its own, other wise it soaks up too much of the soup broth. Great recipe.

Comfort food on a cold day. I have made this over and over. All ages love this hearty meaty pasta soup. I like to put extra spinach in it.

This is a family favorite! I have made in even more simple by using the Costco frozen meatballs when I am in a hurry or feeling lazy. Some day I will be making it for my grandchildren!

This is in my permanent file. It is so hearty and filling on a cold night. The cheese lends it a nutty flavor and the meatballs are moist and delicious. The only change I make is to cook the pasta separately because otherwise I think it soaks up too much of the fabulous broth. Excellent Emeril!

Best soup that I had made. Some of my children doesn't eat soup at all. This soup make them beg for this soup everyday. Love it.
