    My guests sneaked a peak in the fridge and didn't feel too confident about the, "green goo."

    I used the cheap melon liquor, and I don't think it made a difference.

    If you make it ahead of time, you will have to blend it again because it separates.

    In addition to the cantelope balls, I garnished with mint leaves & raw sugar. Skipped the breadsticks. Beautiful & yummy. No leftovers.

    This is a nice cold soup for summer. Very refreshing and very simple to make. The proscuitto breadsticks...really yummy!
