I made this salad as part of a Mediterranean themed supper club. It was a hit - super refreshing. I've been making it once a week ever since.
My only change - I make the salad a bit more traditional, without the lettuce.

My family has been making this salad for years. It's not where it's from that matters, it's just a good recipe. Simple, fresh, healthy, delicious.
