This is a fabulous recipe! It took me a little longer to prep than the suggested time but it was well worth it! My picky eaters cleaned their plates and we hardly have any leftovers!

The only change I made to the recipe was to use a red bell pepper instead of green, and it was fabulous. More effort than I usually put into meat loaf, but worth it.

I made this meatloaf and was so excited because it was such a success!! Previously meatloaf and I haven't been a good match...thanks Emeril for this recipe...and the glaze is a nice kick!!

I have tried a lot of meatloaf recipes over the years. I served this last night to my husband and brother both of whom remarked "This is a keeper recipe."
There was very little left for sandwiches today. I followed the comments in the reviews and eliminated the veal and used fat free half&half.

Like several other reviewers, I used 1 1/2 lb. ground beef and 1 lb. ground pork (just say "no!" to veal!!. Also used "1/2 and 1/2" instead of heavy cream. Meatloaf came out moist and delicious. It's an awesome combination of the "classic" meatloaf taste combined with just alittle bit more "zing" and flavor! Try this one, you'll love it!!

Easy and fun dish to make. Only made a few minor changes - used 1lb of pork instead of veal and used evaporated milk instead of heavy cream. Recipe makes alot for leftovers for the next few days. Would recommend to anyone.
