I have been intimidated by souffles in the past, but this one came out perfect, followed directions exactly. Really good and my dinner guests now think I am a fabulous chef!

The rose perfectly, but trick is to let them sit for 5-10 minutes to cool down a bit. If not the tomato shells are too hot and not very firm. Still flavor was very good
